Privacy and protection of personal data

NOVATECH S.R.L. appreciates the trust you place in us by browsing our website, writing to us or placing orders online, which is why we want to assure you that we will not provide, sell or transfer your personal data to any other party.

The Buyer’s personal information may also be provided to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the police, the courts and other authorised state bodies, on the basis and within the limits of legal provisions and following specific requests.

In accordance with the requirements of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, NOVATECH S.R.L is obliged to manage securely and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide us about yourself, a member of your family or another person.

The purpose of data collection is:

  • informing Customers/Buyers on the status of their Account including validating, processing and billing Orders, resolving cancellations or problems of any kind related to an Order or services purchased
  • sending Newsletters, Notifications and/or periodic alerts, using electronic mail

You are obliged to provide the requested data, which is necessary to create the invoice/offer for the requested products. Your refusal will result in the order being cancelled. The registered information is intended to be used by the operator for the purpose of delivering the services and is only communicated by you.

Any other communications or materials you transmit to this Site, such as questions, comments, suggestions or other such messages, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

User rights

You benefit from the right of access, the right to intervene on data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to take legal action. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the erasure of data. If some of the data about you is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.
